Role overview
In this position, you will support senior leaders, including partners, by delivering high-quality administrative coordination in a demanding, fast-moving setting. Your work will help leaders stay organized and focused, while contributing to the organization’s broader goal of driving meaningful client impact.
What you will do
You will act as a dependable partner to executives and internal colleagues, handling calendar orchestration, travel arrangements, and communications across teams and clients. The role calls for strong collaboration, ownership, and a consistent focus on accuracy and service excellence.
You will be part of a global administration team with members in Bengaluru, Chennai, and Gurugram, and you may collaborate virtually with colleagues across regions while also benefiting from in-person learning and team connection.
You will also develop lasting working relationships with senior stakeholders, learning their working style and preferences so you can offer tailored support that helps them perform effectively.

Qualifications and strengths
This role is best suited to professionals who enjoy high-performance environments, bring a growth-oriented mindset, and are comfortable handling meaningful responsibilities with care and initiative.
- A university degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing complex calendars, travel planning, and scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Strong command of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, plus familiarity with generative AI tools for scheduling, communication, and task organization.
- Comfort handling large volumes of email, drafting polished replies, and managing follow-ups with judgment and discretion.
- A strong service mindset with the ability to build trust and work professionally with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate smoothly across teams, regions, and seniority levels.
- Self-driven ownership, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to improve processes wherever possible.
- Very strong organization, precision, and attention to detail.
- Confident, polished communication and the ability to represent senior leaders with tact and professionalism.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or equivalent for both spoken and written communication.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup, with a greater in-office presence during onboarding.
