Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee demanding executive calendars, including meetings, appointments, business travel, and conference scheduling for the COO and other senior leaders.
- Draft, format, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Serve as a communication bridge between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Manage sensitive and confidential material with a high level of care, judgment, and professionalism.
- Support expense submissions, invoice handling, and basic tracking of budgets.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though comparable professional experience may also be considered.
- At least 5 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support, ideally in healthcare or a related sector.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare operations, or wound care is considered a plus.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills are required.
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Background
- Ability to take initiative, quickly learn business systems and workflows, and proactively anticipate executive needs.
- Experience handling documents, including light edits to contracts and agreements.
- Strong capability in managing time, staying organized, and solving problems efficiently.
