Role overview
A fast-growing startup in Dublin is looking for an Interior Designer to become part of its team. The studio combines interior design and architecture expertise and has a strong flow of active workplace projects. This opportunity is well suited to an Interior Designer with 3 to 6 years of experience who wants meaningful responsibility in a young, design-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to and lead workplace interior projects through every project stage.
- Create design directions, mood boards, and spatial planning strategies.
- Prepare and manage detailed drawing packages in Revit.
- Work closely with architects, clients, and outside consultants.
- Own design components while balancing originality with technical accuracy.
- Spot issues early and develop practical, buildable solutions.
Requirements
- A degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, including the ability to run projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong working knowledge of Revit, with live project experience.
- Well-developed design judgement and a strong eye for detail from concept through delivery.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with technical execution.
- Practical knowledge of FF&E, procurement, and specifications.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team.
- Legal right to live and work in the Republic of Ireland.
