The role is centered on assisting walk-in customers, maintaining KYC and documentation records, and helping with customer communication and backend branch tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and assist customers who visit the branch, including helping with enquiries, KYC checks, and document management.
• Provide customer service support and basic orientation to visitors and existing clients.
• Make calls to existing customers regarding interest collection and share updates as needed.
• Handle selected backend activities at the branch to support day-to-day operations.
• Identify potential leads, approach prospects, and present products or services to clients.
