Role Overview

The company is looking for a full-time IT Engineer with a focus on Microsoft Windows to join the team in Krefeld as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and further develop the Microsoft and application infrastructure.
• Handle IT user support and assist employees with day-to-day technical issues.
• Administer and improve Windows Server, Active Directory, group policies, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
• Contribute to the rollout and enhancement of modern IT, cloud, and security solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities within your area.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience, ideally five years or more.
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, including Active Directory, Windows clients, Windows Server, applications, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in IT customer support.
• Interest in IT and strong collaborative skills.
• Useful additional knowledge includes Veeam, VMware, Sophos, PowerShell, and Azure.
