Java Full Stack Developer

Role overview

This position is for an experienced full stack engineer who can work across Java-based backend systems and React-based frontends. The role involves designing scalable web solutions, contributing throughout the development lifecycle, and partnering closely with product, design, and QA teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support backend services in Java, with Spring Boot as the preferred framework.
• Create responsive, intuitive user interfaces using React.
• Design RESTful APIs and connect them seamlessly with frontend components.
• Handle complete application development and ongoing feature enhancements.
• Identify issues, resolve bugs, and improve overall application performance.
• Work in an agile setup with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA.

Required skills and experience

• At least 3 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Practical experience with React.js.
• Strong working knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices-based architecture.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
• Good command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
• Understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging ability.

Work setup

This is a full-time role based in Bangalore/Bengaluru, India, with a 5-day work-from-office schedule.
