Physiotherapist

Role overview

We are hiring an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist to join a healthcare-focused team in Gurugram. This role is suited to someone with 6 to 8 years of hands-on clinical practice and a strong background in assessment, rehabilitation planning, pain control, and managing musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Experience with digital healthcare tools or remote monitoring platforms would be a plus.

What you will do

• Evaluate patients and create personalised physiotherapy care plans.
• Identify movement-related issues and recommend suitable rehabilitation approaches.
• Deliver treatment for orthopedic, neurological, sports-related, geriatric, and post-surgical cases.
• Track patient recovery and adjust therapy plans based on progress.
• Guide patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Keep detailed clinical notes and treatment records up to date.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to rehabilitation initiatives for chronic conditions and preventive care programs.
• Take part in patient education, awareness drives, and wellness activities.
• Use digital health systems and teleconsultation tools when needed.

What we are looking for

• Solid ability in patient assessment and clinical diagnosis.
• Strong working knowledge of musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
• Capability in neurological rehabilitation methods.
• Experience with sports injury recovery protocols.
• Familiarity with manual therapy and exercise-based treatment planning.
• Knowledge of electrotherapy and pain management techniques.
• Experience supporting post-operative recovery and geriatric care.
• Ability to counsel patients and explain treatment plans clearly.
• Comfort with maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Good communication and people skills.

Qualifications and experience

• A Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) is mandatory.
• Additional certifications in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, Sports Rehabilitation, or Neuro Rehabilitation will be considered beneficial.
• 6 to 8 years of relevant clinical experience is required.
• Experience in hospitals, rehabilitation centres, orthopedic clinics, sports medicine settings, or digital healthcare organisations is preferred.
• Exposure to tele-rehabilitation or remote patient monitoring is an advantage.
