Role overview
PepsiCo is hiring Production Operators in Regency Park, South Australia, to join The Smith’s Snackfood Company. This is a permanent full-time role in a global FMCG environment known for trusted and well-known brands.
The position includes three shift choices, allowing you to select the schedule that best fits your lifestyle: day, afternoon, or night.
Shift options
- Day shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm; Friday, 6:00 am to midday
- Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:20 pm to 10:20 pm; Friday, midday to 6:00 pm
- Night shift: Sunday midnight to 6:00 am Monday, then Monday to Friday, 10:10 pm to 6:10 am

Key responsibilities
- Run heavy machinery and support a steady flow of product through the packaging process
- As a process operator, carry out flavour checks carefully to ensure the correct flavour is used for each product run
- Oversee production lines, including equipment calibration and ongoing monitoring
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Keep the work area clean and follow housekeeping standards
- Carry out quality assurance tasks and complete quality checks whenever needed
Candidate profile
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Strong mechanical understanding or aptitude
- Familiarity with HACCP and GMP principles
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
