Role overview

Good Earth Construction is hiring a Project Manager to oversee the full execution cycle of commercial PUF-insulated roofing and cladding projects at site level in Rewari, Haryana. The role covers planning, coordination, supervision, billing, reporting, and final handover for projects delivered on schedule and within quality standards.

The organization works in commercial interior fit-outs and construction, focusing on turnkey delivery for retail stores, restaurants, offices, and similar commercial spaces. Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project execution from mobilization through to final handover for commercial PUF-insulated roofing and cladding jobs.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep the project moving smoothly.
• Develop and track schedules so milestones and completion targets are met on time.
• Oversee the installation of PUF panels, structural steel, flashings, gutters, and related works according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Maintain workmanship quality, enforce safety practices, and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Handle site manpower, subcontractor coordination, equipment deployment, and everyday site operations.
• Support procurement, material planning, and delivery coordination to minimize downtime and delays.
• Prepare and submit running account bills, final bills, measurement records, and project documentation.
• Participate in client discussions, address site-level issues, and share regular progress updates.
• Deliver completed projects within the approved timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

Requirements

• A diploma or B.E./B.Tech in civil engineering or mechanical engineering.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience is required.
• Hands-on exposure to PUF panel roofing, PEB structures, and roofing/cladding projects.
• Ability to independently manage site execution, client coordination, billing, and subcontractor handling.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work from project sites.
• Applicants should have a background aligned with civil engineering studies and relevant site experience.

Additional information

Salary: INR 5,20,000 to 8,70,000 per year.
