- A lunch allowance can be used in the subsidized onsite canteen.
- The position may qualify for an annual discretionary bonus from the profit pool, based on company, department, team, and individual performance.
- A competitive total rewards package is available to eligible employees and includes compensation, pension or retirement plans, and health, wellbeing, and lifestyle benefits.
Skills and experience required
- Strong equity research and financial modelling background, ideally gained over at least three years in sell-side or buy-side research.
- Solid knowledge of at least one European equities sector.
- A university degree in any discipline.
- Self-motivation, independent judgment, and a strong work ethic.
- High-level analytical ability with close attention to detail.
