Role overview

As a Sales Development Representative on the supply-side team, you will help drive growth in the German market and serve as the first touchpoint for organizations exploring digital procurement solutions. Your main focus will be top-of-funnel activity: finding, researching, and qualifying promising prospects, then handing over high-quality opportunities to Sales Executives.

This role is ideal for a driven outbound sales professional who enjoys fast-paced prospecting, modern sales tools, and the opportunity to build a career in an AI-enabled SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and reach out to decision-makers across Germany through calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Run discovery conversations to understand prospect challenges, assess fit, and secure meetings for the sales team.
  • Build and execute tailored outbound sequences that clearly communicate the value of the platform.
  • Work closely with Sales Executives on account strategies and coordinate with Marketing on inbound lead follow-up and nurturing.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date in HubSpot, using data to improve outreach quality and performance.
  • Track developments in the European public procurement space to spot new opportunities and outreach triggers.

Required profile

  • Background in outbound sales, lead generation, or another client-facing role, ideally in SaaS or a digital business.
  • Comfort with, or eagerness to learn, value-based selling and qualification methods such as BANT, MEDDIC, or MEDPIC.
  • Strong communication and storytelling ability, including confidence speaking on the phone and handling complex organizations.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of reaching activity goals and booking meetings.
  • Strong organizational habits and disciplined CRM management; HubSpot experience is an advantage.
  • Professional fluency in German and very good English communication skills.
