About the Role

Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to oversee operations in Siliguri. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth daily functioning, driving sales performance, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store activities, including opening and closing protocols.
• Lead and mentor floor staff to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and manage inventory effectively.
• Perform routine inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for operational enhancements.
• Examine sales figures to refine product selections, adjust pricing, and develop effective marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

• Possess 1 to 6 years of experience in retail store management or operations.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of retail operations, encompassing floor supervision, stock management, and display strategies.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven capacity for team leadership.
• Be adept at interpreting sales analytics to inform strategic decisions and foster business expansion.
