This position supports the sales team in delivering volume, revenue, and profitability goals.   • Ensure order booking happens on time and with correct details.
  • Handle returns, rejections, allocations, and dispatches within expected timelines.
  • Complete general order booking within 2 business days and process priority orders immediately.
  • Carry out allocations generally within 1 business day after items appear in the unallocated list, subject to TM confirmation, and handle priority cases immediately.
  • Enter RMAs into the system within 12 business hours from TM instruction and ensure execution follows through.
  • Maintain strict FIFO discipline in releases and allocations.
  • Review inventory, WIP, and finished goods before booking orders.
  • Identify and report virtual stock and dead stock, and support monthly actions to reduce them.
  • Create part IDs for automotive customised alloys and technical requirements, map them correctly across systems, and ensure smooth agreement creation with full accuracy.
  • Manage order diversion when required.
  • Coordinate closely with sales, planning, production, packing, QC, and logistics teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Drive resolution of IT-related issues when they affect execution.
  • Maintain regular interaction with TM and ensure email responses are sent within 24 business hours, or immediately for urgent matters.
  • Give daily priority to releases and coordinate shipments with the godown team.
  • Obtain payment or LC confirmation from accounts before releasing material.
  • Share shipment details with customers within 24 business hours.
  • Support customer follow-ups for orders and payments and maintain direct customer communication for sales-related activities.
  • Conduct two customer visits every quarter.
