About the internship

Simtrak is offering a part-time, work-from-home marketing internship focused on client communication, outreach, coordination, and operational support. The role combines lead handling, counselling support, event and webinar coordination, documentation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to new clients and potential leads, and support the initial conversation process.
• Stay in touch with existing clients, track task progress, and follow up on updates.
• Plan and coordinate online as well as offline interviews and selection rounds.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams to keep processes moving smoothly.
• Handle end-to-end lead counselling for different courses by guiding prospects through available options and helping them choose the right programme.
• Maintain operational records, paperwork, and other documentation as required.
• Manage webinars from start to finish.
• Update and maintain data in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Run bulk email campaigns for outreach, event promotion, and community communication.
• Support lead generation and outreach through various promotional approaches.
• Work with schools, colleges, and communities on social initiatives and outreach programmes.
• Assist with internal coordination and team-building activities.
• Carry out market visits when needed.
• Support project coordination tasks.

Work schedule

The internship follows a Monday to Saturday schedule. Working time is 6 hours per day over Zoom, within the 10 AM to 10 PM window.

Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a remote internship, be able to begin between 22 June 2026 and 27 July 2026, and commit to the full 6-month duration. Candidates should have relevant skills and interest in the role. Women looking to start or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 2,000.
