Role overview
100Percent is hiring an Associate Creative Director to act as the creative lead on projects of varying size and complexity. This role partners with teams across visual design, motion, 3D, editing, copy, account management, project management, and strategy to shape the direction of client work.
The ideal candidate brings strong concepting ability, confident execution, and the judgment to guide teams toward work that solves client challenges in original, thoughtful ways. The role calls for someone who can deliver visually compelling, emotionally resonant creative that audiences want to engage with.

What you will do
- Develop ideas independently and with the broader team to build compelling narratives.
- Explore multiple creative directions, including self-generated concepts.
- Direct project teams toward solutions that answer the brief effectively.
- Turn client briefs into creative ideas that reflect brand standards and campaign goals.
- Work closely with copywriters, motion designers, producers, strategists, and developers to keep work aligned and moving forward.
- Preserve consistency in design, tone of voice, and motion across all channels.
- Present ideas clearly to internal stakeholders and the client team.
- Give candid, constructive feedback to improve team output.
- Lead client presentations and explain the creative thinking behind the work.
- Make sure final assets are ready for production and meet quality expectations.
- Keep up with current industry tools, trends, and techniques.
- Own timelines and help maintain the team’s reputation for dependable delivery.

Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000 per year.
