Role Overview
The Concierge will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, offering a welcoming presence and helping ensure smooth front-desk operations. This role supports day-to-day office coordination and guest handling in a professional, service-oriented environment in Singapore.
Key Duties
- Greet visitors warmly and guide them to the appropriate person or area.
- Respond to questions and service requests from employees and guests in a timely manner.
- Handle incoming mail, organize sorting, and coordinate deliveries.
- Keep track of office stationery and supply inventory.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the team or management.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma is preferred for this position.
- The ideal candidate should be dependable, approachable, upbeat, and service-minded.
- Comfort with frequent interaction and a front-facing role is important.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to manage requests and enquiries from staff and visitors.
- Experience in hotel front office operations or cabin crew work will be considered an advantage.
