Cookie Delivery Driver

About the role

Insomnia Cookies is expanding into Ontario and is hiring for a Delivery Driver at its new Guelph store. The company began in 2003 in Philadelphia and has grown into a well-known brand with a loyal following for warm, late-night cookie delivery. As part of the team, you will represent the brand directly to customers and help create a reliable, friendly delivery experience.

What you will do

• Verify orders for accuracy and quality before leaving the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream promptly and safely to customers.
• Interact with customers in a positive, professional way both in person and over the phone.
• Use the company’s delivery app according to approved standards and keep customers updated on order progress.

Requirements

• You must have your own vehicle.
• Your vehicle insurance must be in your own name.
• You need a recent, clean driving abstract from the MTO.
• You must hold at least a G2 licence and have 2 years of driving experience.
• You should be able to read and write fluent English.
• You need basic arithmetic skills for handling customer payments.
• Familiarity with the 5 km radius around York University is considered an advantage.
• A lit topper must be on the car while working.
