Role Summary

Pizzazz Group is hiring a highly organized, hands-on Creative Services Manager to guide and support a small creative team made up of one graphic designer and one website developer. This position is not about sitting back and assigning work from a distance; it calls for someone who leads by doing, offers creative guidance, upholds quality, and helps carry projects through from start to finish.

Working closely with the owner, you will steer the creative team, keep projects on schedule, maintain standards, and help create a strong client experience. You’ll be expected to help rank priorities, refine workflows, clear obstacles, give direction on creative work, and jump in wherever needed to keep deliverables moving.

The right person will have a strong design sensibility, a solid understanding of digital marketing, and a clear sense of what makes websites, branding, and creative campaigns perform well. This role offers the chance to contribute significantly to a growing agency while strengthening processes, ensuring consistent quality, and bringing cohesion to every project.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a creative leadership, project management, or agency setting is preferred.
• Well-developed leadership and communication abilities, with the confidence to guide a small team.
• Proven capability to juggle several projects at once, organize priorities, uphold quality standards, and hit deadlines consistently.
• Comfortable giving creative direction, reviewing output, maintaining standards, and supporting the team through execution.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and equipped with a strong sense of design and branding.
• Background in SEO, WordPress development, and content management execution.
• Understanding of the creative and operational elements that contribute to an effective marketing campaign.
• Able to work smoothly with clients as well as internal team members.

Additional Information

This is an onsite, full-time position based in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area.
