Frontend Developer

Job Overview

We are recruiting for a valued client in the UAE for a Front-End Developer role based in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a professional who can build polished, responsive web interfaces and work closely with design, backend, and business teams.

The role calls for practical experience in modern frontend development, a good eye for user experience, and the ability to turn design concepts into efficient, maintainable code.

Core Responsibilities

• Create and support responsive web applications using current frontend technologies.
• Convert UI and UX mockups into clean, functional, reusable code.
• Improve application speed, stability, and scalability.
• Make sure the product works consistently across browsers and devices.
• Work with backend teams to connect APIs and web services.
• Identify, investigate, and fix issues in the frontend layer.
• Take part in code reviews and help strengthen engineering standards.
• Keep up with new tools, trends, and best practices in frontend development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Practical experience with modern frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Ability to build responsive, mobile-first interfaces.
• Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and Git-based version control.
• Understanding of performance tuning and debugging techniques for web applications.
• Awareness of UI/UX principles and accessibility guidelines.
• Good problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills.
• Preferred exposure to state management tools like Redux or Context API, build systems such as Webpack or Vite, cloud environments, CI/CD workflows, and Agile delivery practices.
