Role overview

This role is for a Fullstack Developer working across ReactJS and Node.js to build complete features from the user interface through to backend services. You will turn product needs into reliable, maintainable solutions, contribute to performance improvements, and help introduce AI-enabled capabilities where relevant.

Minimum qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in fullstack development.
• Strong command of ReactJS and Node.js.
• Solid grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript basics, asynchronous programming, and current frontend architecture approaches.
• Experience with API development and consumption, state handling, and frontend-backend integration.
• Working familiarity with testing methods, debugging, and Git-based version control.
• Education should be BE, ME, BTech, MTech, MCA, MSc, MBA, or an equivalent level of practical experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deliver end-to-end product features using ReactJS on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.
• Convert business and product requirements into clear UI components and robust backend services.
• Create reusable components, common utilities, and scalable implementation patterns that speed up development.
• Develop REST APIs and Node.js modules with proper validation, error handling, and well-defined interfaces.
• Connect backend systems with frontend user flows while maintaining reliability, consistency, and good performance.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization processes, along with safe data handling practices.
• Write unit and integration tests, and contribute to code reviews to uphold engineering quality.
• Improve frontend rendering and backend response performance through profiling and tuning.
• Work closely with designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to release polished solutions and refine them based on feedback.
• Support AI-assisted product capabilities such as recommendations, summarization, or workflow automation when applicable.
• Help integrate AI features into the application while keeping them usable, safe, and outcome-focused.
