Compensation

The expected annual pay range for this role is CAD 65,000 to CAD 90,000.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily maintenance activities and keep work orders moving efficiently
• Inspect issues at the start of a job, take photos, and upload the documentation
• Deliver and install company-specific items such as fire extinguishers, lock boxes, and real estate signage
• Create additional work orders when required and share clear assessments with the maintenance team
• Handle a variety of maintenance tasks, including key duplication, door closer installation, lock replacement, and TV mounting

Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance or handyman role
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Vehicle must be able to carry at least a 4' x 4' sheet of plywood
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Well-organized with strong communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Owns an iPhone for work-related communication
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
