Role Summary

The Marketing Operations Associate for NA HOKA will support the North America Integrated Marketing team by coordinating processes, projects, and administrative work that keep marketing operations efficient and well organized. Key Responsibilities

  • Keep project schedules, templates, and recap materials well organized and current.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and prepare supporting documentation for monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and annual reporting requests.
  • Collect and organize North America seasonal details, requests, and other information for use in regional communications.
  • Support the Marketing Operations team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including organizing SharePoint, Asana, deck templates, and related resources.
  • Arrange meetings, manage scheduling, and follow up on action items.
  • Provide additional support to the Integrated Marketing team whenever needed.
