Role Overview
This position focuses on purchase order execution today and is expected to grow into a broader contract operations function. The role supports the full journey of engagements and supplier contracting, while also helping with regional procurement work, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create purchase orders for the regions assigned to you.
- Work with the PO concierge agency to move purchase orders through processing across different regions.
- Monitor PO-related operational matters and follow through until they are resolved in a timely way.
- Develop into an end-to-end contract operations role covering the full lifecycle of engagements and supplier contracting.
- Prepare and oversee engagement forms, and track contracts from initiation through closure.
- Keep track of contract status, risks, blockers, and timelines so issues stay visible.
- Partner with SSMs, CLEA, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support smooth execution and avoid delays.
- Support annual M&R contract administration and renewals.
- Facilitate prioritization meetings and help set operational order across contracts, engagements, and requests.
- Align stakeholders on deadlines, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
- Continue handling purchase order operations across regions and coordinate with the PO concierge agency when required.
- Assist with reporting, analytics, and broader business support needs.
- Spot operational gaps, recurring patterns, and opportunities to improve processes.
Requirements
- Background in contract management, procurement operations, or business operations support.
- Good understanding of how contracts move from initiation to execution and closure.
- Ability to coordinate well with legal teams, sourcing, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong planning and organization skills to manage multiple contracts, priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Experience identifying process gaps, tracking risks, and driving issues to resolution.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with strong attention to documentation and detail.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is $115,000 to $125,000.
Education
A Bachelor of Arts and Science degree is required.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Seattle, WA. The role is intended for someone who can operate across procurement, contract administration, and business support functions while working closely with multiple stakeholders.
