What you will do
- Support recruitment work by finding candidates, arranging interviews, and handling first-round screening.
- Update employee information and maintain HR databases in MS Excel.
- Assist in creating and rolling out HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize employee training and development initiatives.
- Support employee relations tasks and respond to basic employee queries.
- Attend HR meetings and record minutes.
- Work with the team on special tasks and HR initiatives that contribute to the wider HR strategy.
