About the internship
Media.net is hiring a proactive talent acquisition intern to join its Mumbai team. The role is suited to someone with around 6 months of relevant experience in hiring and recruitment who wants to grow in a fast-paced Ad-Tech environment. This internship may lead to a full-time opportunity after successful completion, subject to strong performance.
What you will do
- Identify suitable candidates, review profiles, and conduct initial telephone interviews.
- Publish job openings on different hiring platforms and keep the candidate database organized.
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedules with applicants and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain updated records for shortlisted and joining candidates in the relevant databases.
- Work effectively in a demanding environment and handle multiple tasks at the same time.

Required background and skills

The stipend offered is INR 12,000 to 15,000 per month. The internship runs for 6 months and is expected to begin immediately. The role follows a 5-day work week and includes flexible work hours along with free snacks and beverages.
