Job Summary
Cercle Eugène Delacroix is hiring a full-time Administrative Coordinator in New Zealand to keep everyday office operations running smoothly. This role focuses on coordinating administrative tasks, keeping records organized, supporting scheduling, and helping different teams with the day-to-day work needed to meet business goals.
What You'll Do
- Oversee routine administrative workflows and make sure daily office activities stay organized.
- Keep files, records, and company documents accurate and up to date.
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and internal events.
- Draft reports, correspondence, and other business-related documents.
- Support data entry, database upkeep, and record management tasks.
- Provide administrative help to internal departments as needed.
- Track office inventory and coordinate supply purchases when necessary.
- Receive incoming communications and route questions to the right person or team.
- Follow company policies and administrative procedures to ensure proper compliance.
- Assist management with special assignments and other ad hoc administrative work.
What We're Looking For
- Completion of high school or an equivalent qualification; a background in Business Administration is considered an advantage.
- Prior work in administration, coordination, or office support is preferred.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong planning, organization, and time-management abilities.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage several tasks at once and work with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail along with good problem-solving ability.
- Legal permission to work in New Zealand.
Additional Information
This is a full-time on-site position based in New Zealand.
