About the Role

Alltagsliebe is looking for an Alltagsbegleiter (w/m/d) in Dormagen. The role is focused on practical household support and everyday companionship for a fixed group of clients. It is designed for someone who wants meaningful work, predictable planning, and an employer that follows through on its values in daily practice.

What the Job Involves

You will independently look after your assigned clients, with the main emphasis on household assistance. The work requires an organized, self-reliant and dependable approach.

• You keep the home clean, tidy and comfortable by handling routine household tasks.
• You support clients in day-to-day life through conversations, errands and small shared activities.
• You work as part of a supportive team and receive guidance from a team lead who helps coordinate your assignments.
