Overview

Bira & Associates is expanding its remote architecture and design team and is hiring Architects and BIM Modelers for a Scan-to-BIM role. The work focuses on turning laser-scan and point-cloud information into precise Revit models for architectural and construction use.

Responsibilities

• Translate point cloud files such as RCP, RCS, and E57 into detailed Revit models.
• Develop accurate as-built models based on scan data.
• Model core architectural and structural components, including walls, floors, roofs, windows, doors, stairs, and related elements.
• Keep models organized, aligned with project standards, and checked for quality.
• Work with project teams remotely and deliver tasks within agreed deadlines.

Profile

• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Prior exposure to point cloud workflows is preferred.
• Solid understanding of architectural drawings and construction techniques.
• Careful, detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy.
• Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly in a remote setup.
