Job Summary
An energetic and target-focused Business Development Manager is needed to support company growth by creating leads, nurturing client relationships, presenting products and services, and delivering on sales goals. The role calls for strong communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities, along with a genuine drive to grow revenue and expand business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify potential business opportunities through outreach methods such as cold calls, networking, referrals, social platforms, and similar channels.
- Develop and keep a healthy sales funnel active.
- Study prospective customers and learn what their business requires.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and sustain productive relationships with both new prospects and existing clients.
- Arrange meetings, deliver presentations, and carry out product demos.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Sales Activities
- Market and sell the organization’s products and services.
- Handle negotiations and finalize deals.
- Respond to inquiries and leads promptly.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Market Research
- Track market movements, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
- Share insights with management on opportunities and market challenges.
- Spot potential new revenue sources within assigned territories.
Reporting and Documentation
- Keep accurate records of client communication and sales activity.
- Maintain CRM updates on a regular basis.
- Create sales updates and forecasts as needed by management.
Customer Support
- Work to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Address customer issues and coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Develop long-term client connections that support repeat business.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related area is preferred.
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or other client-facing roles is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and sales potential may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Strong ability to negotiate and influence outcomes.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

- Self-driven with a clear focus on targets and outcomes.
- Good at handling objections and closing opportunities.

Probation Period
This role includes a 2-month probation period. Employment confirmation will depend on satisfactory performance and achievement of assigned targets during this time.
