Role Overview

Dallas Medical Physician Group, part of Dallas Medical Center, is looking for a Care Navigator to join a mission-driven team focused on quality, compassion, and community impact. This full-time, day-shift position in Dallas, Texas involves helping patients move smoothly through care by removing obstacles, improving access, and strengthening communication among providers, patients, caregivers, and community partners.
