Communications Associate

Role summary

We’re hiring an entry-level Communications Associate for an on-site team. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys working with varied audiences, building communication skills, and contributing to outreach efforts that make an impact.

What you’ll do

• Help draft, review, and share communications for both internal teams and external audiences.
• Assist with outreach assets such as presentations, promotional pieces, and other supporting materials.
• Take part in community engagement activities and on-site communication initiatives.
• Support social media work, including scheduling posts and responding to audience interactions.
• Work with teammates to keep messaging aligned and projects moving according to schedule.
• Research topics, track relevant trends, and assist in reviewing the effectiveness of communication efforts.
