Creative Strategist

Role overview

Meta is looking for a Creative Strategist who can combine creative thinking with AI-enabled methods to shape modern marketing strategy. This role focuses on using tools such as large language models and Meta AI to generate insights, develop ideas, and create content that connects with audiences. The work centers on building scalable idea systems that support Meta's auction and discovery engine, helping campaigns deliver measurable business growth.

You will join an experienced creative team working on major campaigns for leading brands. The position calls for someone who can bring together creativity, technology, and data to solve marketing challenges, improve engagement, strengthen brand visibility, and drive business results.

What you'll do

• Define creative direction and develop strategic plans that target the highest-value opportunities for both clients and Meta.
• Build trusted working relationships with client stakeholders across sales, creative, and agency teams to support success on large-scale accounts.
• Develop creative concepts and solutions that influence audiences and encourage client action.
• Turn creative data, performance metrics, and insights into a structured approach that surfaces blockers, measures progress, and supports lasting improvement.
• Coordinate across multiple internal teams and align different priorities to enable effective collaboration.
• Identify client creative challenges and create, launch, and scale practical ideas and solutions.

What we're looking for

• Practical experience creating persuasive presentations, mockups, and videos.
• A consulting background is preferred.
• Knowledge of or experience in data science is preferred.
• Ongoing development in AI skills such as prompt engineering, context engineering, and agent orchestration.
• Up-to-date awareness of emerging AI technologies.
• Ability to apply responsible and ethical AI practices, including risk review, bias mitigation, and quality and accuracy checks.
• Experience using AI tools to improve or redesign workflows and produce measurable gains in efficiency or quality.

Compensation and benefits

The annual base salary for this position is $73,008 to $114,000. Bonus, equity, and benefits are also included, as applicable. Individual pay is based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location, and the listed compensation reflects base pay only. Additional compensation such as bonuses, equity, or sales incentives is not included in the base range.
