Role overview
4creatives is hiring a fully remote Creative Team Lead for its D2C creative agency. The role sits at the center of client communication and production, leading a small team made up of Creative Strategists, editors, a Content Manager, and production support. The main goal is to consistently deliver high-performing creatives and funnels for e-commerce brands every week.
You would act as the main link between clients and the internal team, run client calls independently, manage workload and team capacity, and keep improving the team’s output and structure over time. The position offers full remote flexibility and you can organize your working time independently.
What the role involves
- Keeping weekly delivery on track by making sure the production team consistently ships work, and stepping in whenever someone is unavailable.
- Helping the team meet its operational targets and performance goals.
- Guiding Creative Strategists, including onboarding for new clients and feedback on scripts and strategy.
- Handling client communication in Slack and leading recurring client calls as the first point of contact.
- Serving as the escalation point when cutters, content managers, or production assistants need support beyond their direct leads.
- Monitoring team capacity, recognizing bottlenecks early, and taking ownership of hiring and onboarding new team members when needed.
- Driving ongoing improvement across processes, projects, team development, and training.
What you need to bring
The company is looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in performance creative, creative strategy, or paid social, ideally within a D2C agency or an e-commerce brand. A strong understanding of direct response advertising and funnel thinking is essential, including the ability to write copy and judge what makes creative and funnel assets effective.
You should be comfortable managing several clients, deadlines, and team workloads at the same time, and you should lead confidently without ego. The role calls for a high degree of self-direction, initiative, clear client communication, teamwork, and a sense of humor.
