Driver

Role overview

We are seeking a permanent full-time Driver based in Newman, Western Australia. This position offers a strong hourly pay rate with an extra regional allowance paid each week, along with overtime opportunities.

What you will do

• Drive company collection vehicles and operate related equipment.
• Complete daily pre-start inspections and carry out routine maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment.
• Work with clients directly and safely load and unload the truck.
• Keep the vehicle clean and well presented, both inside and outside.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and help ensure customer satisfaction.

About you

• You are comfortable operating different types of trucks.
• You hold an unrestricted HR licence.
• Experience in the waste industry is highly valued.
• A forklift licence is preferred, though not essential.
• You have a clean driving history.
• You present yourself professionally and have a strong customer-focused approach.
• You are safety minded and able to work well in a team.
• You bring a positive attitude and enjoy contributing to a supportive team environment.
• You must be able to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and drug screening.
