Role Overview
Honeywell is hiring an Inspector - Level 3 for its Singapore, Joo Koon site. This position focuses on safeguarding product quality and dependability through detailed inspection and testing activities. The role is central to making sure products comply with customer expectations, regulatory standards, and internal specifications.

What You’ll Do
- Carry out incoming, cell, and final inspections to verify product quality at different production stages.
- Complete First Article Inspections in line with AS9102 requirements.
- Use CMM equipment effectively for measurement and inspection tasks.
- Review and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Support the Quality Engineer with reject containment, rejection analysis, and quality improvement planning.
- Issue non-conformance notifications (QN) when product or process issues are identified.
What You Need
- A minimum of NITEC or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the machining industry.
- Working familiarity with CMM operations and how they are applied in inspection.
- Strong ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Good knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Experience using measuring tools such as air spindle, micrometer, and height gauge.
- Preference for candidates with a precision machining or aerospace background.
- Experience with Net-Inspect and Discus ballooning software is preferred.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, self-motivation, teamwork, and clear interpersonal communication.
