This part-time onsite position is suited to a careful and organized individual who can help keep business information accurate and well-maintained. The role focuses on routine data entry, checking records, and supporting everyday administrative workflows. What you will do
- Input new information and update existing records across databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Check data for completeness, consistency, and correctness before it is finalized.
- Identify and fix mistakes, mismatches, and other record discrepancies.
- Keep both digital and paper-based files organized and up to date.
- Carry out basic data validation and routine quality checks.
- Help with filing, document handling, and general record management.
- Prepare simple reports and summaries when required.
- Protect confidential company and customer information at all times.
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
- Work according to established procedures and meet accuracy and productivity expectations.
Skills and qualifications
- Strong focus on accuracy and close attention to detail.
- Comfortable typing and handling repetitive data entry work efficiently.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.

- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating steps.
