As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will create and deliver training content that meets the needs of Talkiatry’s varied employee base. You’ll work with teams across the company to design programs that are engaging, practical, and aligned with the organization’s growth goals. What You’ll Do

  • Run recurring onboarding sessions for newly hired psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and therapists joining the clinician team.
  • Create material for instructor-led workshops and digital learning modules for both corporate and clinical audiences.
  • Help roll out cohort-based learning experiences for corporate and clinical groups, with emphasis on leadership development and equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Work with teams across the company to build additional learning resources and development content as needed.
  • Support the L&D team’s ongoing strategy and capability-building efforts.
