About the internship

Join a fast-growing quick-service restaurant brand where you will support daily operations across inventory, waste control, audits, and reporting. The role is designed for candidates who want hands-on exposure to food-service operations, process discipline, and store-level coordination in a high-growth environment.

What you will do

Carry out routine inventory verification and reconcile physical stock with records.
Monitor usage against sales data and flag mismatches or unusual consumption.
Follow and reinforce FIFO practices along with correct storage procedures.
Log daily wastage, study recurring patterns, and help identify root causes.
Recommend practical steps to reduce food loss and prevent pilferage.
Coordinate with kitchen and store teams to improve control on materials and stock movement.
Conduct hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance checks at outlets.
Prepare audit findings, share reports, and track closure of corrective actions.
Maintain dashboards and structured logs for inventory and wastage tracking.
Share weekly observations and improvement ideas with the management team.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work full-time from the office, are able to begin between 4 July 2026 and 8 August 2026, and can commit for 2 months. Applicants should bring relevant interest and skills for the role.

Additional requirements

MBA students from Operations, Supply Chain, or General Management streams are preferred.
Graduates from any field who want exposure to the food and beverage sector may also apply.
Applicants should have strong analytical ability and good documentation habits.
A proactive, field-ready attitude is important.
Comfort in working with store-level teams and collaborating across functions is expected.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to 15,000.
