Role Overview
The Remote Desktop Support Representative is responsible for helping end users with desktop systems, application issues, and everyday technology challenges while working remotely. The role focuses on keeping support responsive, well-documented, and aligned with service expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and fix issues related to desktops and software.
- Provide direct help to users submitting technical support requests.
- Record support actions and update case notes accurately.
- Handle problems involving account or system access.
- Route complex technical matters to the appropriate escalation path.
- Deliver support that meets defined service quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in desktop support or IT is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capability.
- Working knowledge of operating systems and common software tools.
