The Retail Associate role is focused on helping the store achieve strong sales and profitability while delivering a standout brand experience. The position combines customer engagement, store execution, and operational discipline to support daily retail performance.

Key responsibilities

• Work toward store sales and KPI goals, taking ownership of personal targets and using available store tools and resources to help exceed them.
• Deliver customer service that aligns with brand standards and aims to meet or surpass shopper expectations.
• Represent the brand professionally and consistently reflect its attitude and values on the sales floor.
• Use seasonal product knowledge to support sales conversations and improve customer engagement.
• Explain product features, benefits, and differentiators clearly so customers can make informed choices and connect with the brand.
• Follow all company policies and operational procedures without exception.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and in-store communication materials as required.
• Receive merchandise promptly, replenish stock efficiently, and keep product presentation complete on the selling floor.
• Handle billing and cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Help reduce losses in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
• Carry out store activities safely, effectively, and efficiently.
• Work cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.
• Participate in training programs and apply learning effectively in day-to-day work.
• Look for coaching and development opportunities to improve individual performance continuously.

Qualifications and requirements

• A high school education is required.
• Ideally, candidates should have about 6 months of experience in a sports or fashion retail setting with a customer and sales focus.
• Basic math, reading, writing, and spoken communication skills are needed.
• Retail professional competencies are expected.
