Role Overview
This position focuses on delivering technical assistance for the company’s SSPR solution and related identity/access setup tasks. The work involves troubleshooting issues, understanding the product’s workflow and design expectations, and keeping support knowledge well documented.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve technical problems related to AD integration and MFA.
- Support users and internal stakeholders with the SSPR solution.
- Stay aligned with the workflow and design standards followed by AdminGloves SSPR software.
- Record fixes, observations, and resolutions in the technical knowledge base.
