About the Role
This position is in banking sales and is based in Nagpur. The role focuses on growing life insurance business by building and leading a network of advisors and agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard capable insurance advisors and agents through references, local networking, and field-based market activity.
- Develop advisors through coaching, mentoring, and motivation on life insurance products, selling methods, and compliance requirements.
- Improve advisor activation, retention, and overall productivity.
- Drive business generation through advisors by joining customer meetings and joint sales visits.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets related to premium, policies, and active advisors.
- Track advisor performance and provide ongoing guidance to strengthen results.
- Follow company rules, IRDAI regulations, and documentation practices carefully.
- Maintain strong working relationships with advisors as well as customers.
- Run regular team huddles, training sessions, and field visits.
- Spot market opportunities and execute local sales initiatives to grow business.
