About the Company
Madmade Media is a Bengaluru-based studio focused on video and photo production plus social media marketing. The team is made up of 15 professionals, including designers, editors, videographers, and content strategists. The agency partners with leading D2C brands across skincare, food, fashion, kids, and related segments.
Role Overview
This position is for a video editor who can turn raw footage into fast-paced, attention-grabbing social content. The role centers on crafting short-form videos that perform well on platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and similar channels, while also handling brand films and ad edits for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform uncut footage into polished short-form videos designed for social media engagement.
- Create edits that hook viewers quickly and keep the storytelling sharp, clear, and shareable.
- Produce reels, brand films, advertisements, and other video assets for clients.
- Coordinate with creative leads, content managers, and other team members to keep output aligned with brand direction and content plans.
- Develop motion graphics and other visual enhancements to strengthen storytelling.
- Use AI-based tools where useful to speed up workflows and support creative output.
- Work alongside the content and marketing teams to ensure videos match brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Stay current with social media trends and evolving video editing practices.
- Handle several assignments at once and deliver them within short timelines without compromising quality.
Requirements
- Hands-on ability with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or comparable software.
- Strong visual sense, with a good grasp of animation, timing, and narrative flow.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in video design or motion graphics is preferred, although freshers with strong portfolios may also be considered.
- Good understanding of color theory and experience in color correction and grading.
- Working knowledge of audio synchronization, sound design, and basic mixing.
- Experience with VFX or 3D animation tools will be an added advantage, but it is not mandatory.

Open to candidates with any graduate degree.
Additional Information
The role is based in Bengaluru, India. The listed compensation is INR 3,75,000 to 5,00,000 per year.
