Inizio Engage is partnering with a major biotechnology organization to support its Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs teams. The organization is looking for a caring healthcare professional who can deliver virtual or telephone-based education and emotional support to patients and caregivers as they move through diagnosis and treatment.

What you’ll do

  • Provide non-promotional disease education by phone or inbound/outbound communication, following client direction.
  • Reach out to patients and/or caregivers with medication adherence support, with schedules that may include evenings and weekends.
  • Capture demographic details and disposition information for reimbursement assistance and literature fulfillment.
  • Maintain strong service quality and customer care while following approved call guides and program talking points.
  • Use approved live video conferencing tools and client-specific web platforms when needed.
  • Work only with authorized materials supplied by Inizio Engage or the client, without altering, copying, or distributing them.
  • Complete mandatory training and competency checks within the required timeline and to the expected standard.
  • Build productive relationships with key customers.
  • Support the delivery of services across multiple healthcare sectors as assigned by the client or Inizio Engage.
  • Identify new and innovative ways to expand partnership opportunities.
  • Handle administrative work promptly, including daily system updates, weekly activity summaries, emails, and time reporting.
  • Attend local and national meetings or conferences as required to stay current on plans, developments, and team knowledge-sharing.
  • Care for company-issued equipment and materials according to instructions.
  • Follow all Inizio Engage and client policies and procedures.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned.

What you need

  • A current U.S. healthcare professional license as an RN.
  • An associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or BSN.
  • At least 3 years of experience in neurology or sleep disorder settings is preferred.
  • Clear, professional communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant phone manner with an articulate voice.
  • Comfort using call center telephone technology.
  • Well-developed organizational skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Capability to manage several tasks at once.

Compensation and benefits

The base pay range for this role is $25.90 to $48.10 per hour. Final pay will depend on experience, skills, internal equity, and business requirements.
