Role Summary

This position supports day-to-day warehouse activity in a highly controlled logistics environment. The role involves handling inbound and outbound goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, working with warehouse systems, and helping ensure compliance with strict operational, quality, and security standards.

Key Duties

• Handle goods receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, returns, and other routine warehouse tasks.
• Check incoming deliveries for both quantity and product quality.
• Make sure every shipment leaves the warehouse with 100% picking accuracy.
• Use the warehouse management system correctly and complete all transactions promptly.
• Carry out cycle counts to help maintain full stock accuracy.
• Report any process deviations or non-compliance issues.
• Follow Good Distribution Practice requirements at all times.
• Work in line with security and operational controls required for a Known Consignor warehouse operation.
• Support quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, and help identify better ways of working.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should have experience in a busy, high-pressure environment, along with prior exposure to warehouse work in a tightly controlled operation. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF technology is advantageous. A solid understanding of health and safety, environmental practices, and continuous improvement methods is also expected.
