About the internship
Alba Groups is offering a full-time in-office internship for motivated candidates who want practical exposure to digital marketing. You will work with an experienced team on campaign planning and execution across search, social, and email channels, helping build brand visibility and audience engagement while developing hands-on skills in a fast-moving environment.
What you will work on
- Support the creation and launch of search engine marketing campaigns aimed at improving traffic and conversions.
- Handle day-to-day management and improvement of social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Research keywords and assist with on-page SEO work to strengthen search visibility.
- Plan and run email campaigns to help nurture leads and support sales efforts.
- Build and track Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for targeted audience reach.
- Review campaign results and turn performance data into useful optimization insights.
- Work with teammates to share ideas and contribute to broader digital marketing initiatives.

Stipend and offer details
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 7,500 to 12,500. The stipend structure includes a fixed component of INR 5,000 to 7,500 per month plus incentive pay of INR 2,500 to 5,000 per month. If converted into a permanent role, the expected annual salary is INR 275,000 to 300,000.
