About the internship

About the internship

This is a 6-month, in-office internship focused on B2B IT product sales. The role involves supporting the sales process for Microsoft offerings such as M365, Azure, and licensing solutions, along with other technology products. You will work with leads, prospects, clients, and the technical team to help move opportunities forward and keep sales activity organized.

What you'll do

  • Find and qualify leads using research, email outreach, and LinkedIn-based prospecting.
  • Assist the sales team in presenting Microsoft products, including M365, Azure, licensing options, and related IT solutions.
  • Speak with clients to understand their needs and arrange product demos when needed.
  • Record client conversations and sales actions in the CRM and keep it updated.
  • Draft proposals and quotations to support sales conversations.
  • Follow up with prospects to keep communication moving and ensure prompt replies.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to better understand the products being sold.
  • Monitor and share daily and weekly sales progress updates.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship and able to begin between 26 June 2026 and 31 July 2026. The internship runs for 6 months, and candidates should bring relevant skills and genuine interest in the role.

Eligibility and preferred profile

  • Students or recent graduates from BBA, MBA, BCom, BTech, or similar backgrounds.
  • Strong interest in sales or IT products.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud computing or Microsoft products is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Self-driven, target-focused, and willing to learn quickly.
  • Must be able to complete the full internship duration.

Additional requirements

  • MS Excel knowledge is required.
  • English speaking and writing ability is needed.
  • Lead generation capability is important.
  • Sales and negotiation skills are expected.

Stipend

The internship pays INR 7,000 to 12,000 per month.
