About the internship
This internship is focused on CRM-based lead and chat allocation. The goal is to make sure every incoming enquiry is promptly assigned, monitored, and followed through, while keeping team workloads even and avoiding missed leads.
What you will do
- Distribute incoming leads and chats to the right team members.
- Make sure no lead or conversation is left without an owner.
- Keep workloads evenly spread across the team.
- Track follow-up activity and response timing.
- Reassign leads that are unattended or no longer active when needed.
- Keep CRM records clean, accurate, and up to date.
- Monitor daily allocation activity and team output.
- Escalate delays, missed follow-ups, and SLA violations.
Success metrics
- All leads are assigned without gaps.
- No chats or leads remain unassigned.
- SLA commitments are met.
- Work is distributed fairly across the team.
- CRM data remains accurate and organized.

Stipend and pay structure
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 12,000 to 18,000. The pay is split into a fixed component of ₹8,000 to ₹11,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹4,000 to ₹7,000 per month.
