What you will do
- Search for potential candidates using job platforms, professional networks, and social media channels.
- Review applications and resumes, then carry out first-round screening against the role requirements.
- Prepare and share job descriptions on suitable hiring channels and social platforms.
- Contact candidates, build initial rapport, explain opportunities, and arrange interview slots.
- Support the recruitment workflow by coordinating interviews, handling candidate communication, and updating candidate records.
- Track hiring trends and market insights to help improve the talent acquisition approach.
