About the internship
9CC (Ninecc Education India Private Limited) is hiring a Telecalling Intern for a work-from-home, part-time role. The company is a newly established venture focused on helping school students make better decisions about careers and colleges.
What you will do
- Place outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote the company’s products and services.
- Keep customer interaction details updated and organized in MS Excel.
- Reach out to customers by phone or email for follow-ups and to support a positive experience.
- Work alongside the sales team to create leads and support revenue generation.
- Join training sessions to strengthen sales techniques and understand the product better.
- Prepare reports and review data to spot patterns and improvement opportunities.
